Before property work starts, you need to know what the house needs and what it will cost. Our quantity surveyors visit the property, assess its condition and measure the work. JBV Homes is accredited with RICS, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and our surveys follow that accreditation.

Our surveys are currently free, with no obligation to go ahead with the work.
