Call now

Call us when

  • The inverter shows a fault and the system has stopped
  • An isolator or the main breaker keeps tripping
  • The battery will not charge or discharge
  • Storm damage has moved or broken panels
  • Water has got into the inverter, the battery or the cabling

Before you call

Have these ready if you can:

  • The make and model of your inverter and battery
  • The serial number (on the label on the side of the unit)
  • The error code or the message on the screen
  • A photo of the inverter screen
  • The case or ticket number, if the manufacturer sent you to us

Stay safe

  • If you see smoke, sparks or a burning smell, leave the area and call 999.
  • Do not open the inverter or the battery.
  • Do not go on the roof or touch damaged panels or cables. Panels make electricity whenever there is daylight.
  • Only use the shutdown steps on the label next to your inverter.
